Since joining us in 2013, Brice has settled over $300 million in property deals. Through his skills and 12 years of experience in the commercial property sector, Brice specialises in central Auckland development sites, investment properties, hotels, and student accommodation. He has wide-reaching connections and a strong understanding of the fundamentals of development.

After graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property degree, Brice worked as a quantity surveyor for a construction and development company. Building on these foundations, Brice then spent 4 years as a retail sales and leasing broker for Bayleys Real Estate. During that time he oversaw transactions ranging from site acquisition through to the lease of new and existing shopping centres, including strip retail, bulk retail and malls.
